About the Author

A.D. Hamilton is an illustrator and author from the Gulf Coast. Known as Daniel to family and friends, his interest in storytelling developed at a young age with constant spells of daydreaming and encouragement from his loving mother. Inspired by the great storytellers of the South: Twain, Capote and Grisham, Dan set out “make his mark.” He moved to Los Angeles in the mid 90’s and made a career for himself in the creative trenches of Hollywood. There, he illustrated and wrote for movies, television, web-sites like Disney Interactive, advertising and viral marketing firms, as well as theme park design studios. He has penned numerous scripts and shorts, but “Bigfoot and Custer” is his first, full length novel. When completed, it will be an something truly special and unique: an illustrated novel! And Dan looks forward to releasing it into the world.
